SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR DATA
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When browsing our store, your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address is automatically collected in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
For Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and any updates.

SECTION 4 - WIX
Wix provides us with an e-commerce platform that allows us display, market, and sell our products. Every data collated from our website is processed and stored through Wix database, and general application. Your data is processed and stored on a secure server
If your transaction is processed by our direct payment gateway, your credit/debit card details is stored on 'Square' database. Our website currently uses Square payment platform to process your transaction, alongside Paypal. Square is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your credit/debit card details is only stored for as long as necessary to complete your transaction, after which it is deleted.
All direct payment platforms are required to adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.
PCI-DSS requirements allows for the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Third party providers currently used on our website would only collect, use and disclose your data for a smooth transaction process and quality customer experience.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you wish to reschedule, please contact us no later than 7 days prior to your appointment. In the event of a no-show, the full reservation total will be charged.

Please Note: “PROCESSING TIME” is 2-5 Business Days for all orders, and “DELIVERY TIME” is 2+ Days depending on the order destination and shipment method selected at the time of checkout. No shipping is offered on weekends and Holidays.
Clients will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Evore Signature will not be held liable for any lost or stolen package.
Please ensure you insert the accurate shipping address. In the event of a delay or missing package, you are advised to contact us and your local post office immediately.
You may return or exchange a purchased item within 30 days of delivery for store credit. To qualify, the item must be in the original, unused condition. Customer is responsible for the shipping of an item for reasons other than defect. Please include order number and details regarding return or exchange with shipment.
