Service Description

This service is for those with previous tattoos. Once you book this service, you would receive an email to send a clear picture of your CURRENT eyebrows. Please do not send a picture of your brows with makeup on. We would require a clear and well-positioned picture free of any makeup product. Once we examine the brows, we will send an email to confirm with you if we CAN or CANNOT continue with this session. If we determine that we cannot continue with this session, we would advice you to get a removal and then come back after the tattoo has been removed. However, a FULL refund will be issued to you immediately. But if we do not receive clear pictures of your tattooed eyebrows within 2 days of sending the email requesting for the photos, your deposit will NOT be refunded even if we determine that we cannot continue with the session. We advice that a prompt response is given so that we conclude on your booking ASAP. Please note that you may be asked to send multiple clear pictures if we determine that the initial pictures were not clear enough. Please also note that if the pictures you send do not look like the true state of your eyebrows upon arrival of your appointment, we reserve the FULL right to refuse the session and your deposit will NOT be refunded. So please send the true and accurate pictures of your eyebrows. SERVICE REQUIREMENTS If any of these applies to you, you may not be eligible to receive microblading services at this time. Please contact us to discuss your options. -Pregnant or Breast Feeding -Skin irritations or diseases -Keloids or scarring -Cancer or current chemotherapy treatment -Diabetic -Viral infections -Organ Transplant -Major heart problems or heart conditions -Severe high blood pressure -Epilepsy -Sick (cold, flu, etc) -An illness that compromises the immune system -Accutane within the past year PLEASE NOTE If you've had a previous brow tattoo provided by another artist please contact us prior to booking your service. We will need to evaluate the status of your brows. If you fail to contact us before booking, and you show up with a previous brow tattoo, you will be asked to pay the price for Brow Correction or your session would be canceled with NO REFUND.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you wish to reschedule, please contact us no later than 7 days prior to your appointment.
